Michael Stark is a Partner and Co-Head of PJT Park Hill’s Real Estate group, based in New York.
Additionally, Michael sits on the Park Hill Management Committee. Mr. Stark has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry with a primary focus on private capital formation globally. Prior to the formation of PJT Partners, Michael served as Co-Head of Park Hill Real Estate and as a Senior Managing Director of The Blackstone Group. Michael joined The Blackstone Group in 2007 where he served as a Senior Managing Director for nearly 10 years. Prior to joining The Blackstone Group in 2007, Mr. Stark was a founding member and Director of the Real Estate Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse. Previously, he worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking Division at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Stark started his career in the Real Estate Investment Banking division at PaineWebber, Inc.
Mr. Stark received a BA from Middlebury College where he was a College Scholar.
