Coalesce Capital closes oversubscribed $900 million inaugural fund
“Coalesce Capital, a private equity firm investing in human capital-driven and technology-enabled services companies, today announced the closing of its inaugural fund, Coalesce Capital Fund I LP, and parallel vehicles, with $900 million in total capital commitments. The Fund was oversubscribed and secured investor commitments in nine months, above its original target of $750 million.”
Penfund closes $1.6bn seventh fund
