Managing Director
Daniel de Gosztonyi is a Managing Director in the Restructuring and Special Situations group at PJT Partners, based in New York.
Since joining PJT Partners in 2019, Mr. de Gosztonyi has advised companies, creditors and sponsors in restructurings, special situations, complex cross-border cases, financings, mergers and acquisitions across a wide array of industries. Prior to joining PJT, Mr. de Gosztonyi worked in Lazard’s restructuring group and at PAAMCO-Prisma, a multi-strategy investment manager, in their opportunistic investments group, focusing primarily on multi-asset volatility and systematic strategies.
Mr. de Gosztonyi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
