Grégoire Baudot is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.
Prior to joining PJT, Mr. Baudot was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. While at Goldman Sachs, he was primarily responsible for leading M&A execution across a wide range of clients in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors. Mr. Baudot worked at Goldman Sachs for nearly two decades, having spent time in their New York, Paris and London offices.
Mr. Baudot holds a Master’s in engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and a Master’s in corporate finance and financial engineering from the Université Paris-Dauphine.
