Managing Director
Gwenaëlle (Gwen) Billon is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Ms. Billon was Head of Aerospace & Defense and Head of Business Services Investment Banking in EMEA at Morgan Stanley. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2005 and worked in a variety of roles on the UK and Global Industrials Investment Banking teams. Over her Investment Banking career, she has advised corporate and private equity clients across a broad range of activities, focusing on strategic M&A assignments and including equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Ms. Billon gained a MSc in Management, Diplôme Grande Ecole and Diplom-Kauffrau from ESCP Europe with distinction. She is fluent in English, French and German.
