Helier Drage-Smith is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.
Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Drage-Smith was a Managing Director at Rothschild & Co where he spent 15 years advising on large cap debt capital markets issuance, private credit and preferred equity raisings. Mr. Drage-Smith has advised on more than 150 transactions, involving the raising of more than €100 billion of financing, including for some of Europe’s largest private equity transactions and P2Ps. Previous private equity clients include Blackstone, Bridgepoint, CD&R, Charterhouse CVC Capital Partners and TDR Capital, and previous corporate clients include Alibaba Group, Ant Financial, C&C Group, HERE Technologies, Volvo Cars and Walmart.
Mr. Drage-Smith received an MA in Law from Cambridge University.
