Managing Director
Imran Hameed is a Managing Director in the PJT Park Hill Private Capital Solutions Group, based in London.
Prior to joining PJT Partners in March 2021, Mr. Hameed spent the previous 10 years working in New York, most recently with the Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse and before this with Mercury Capital Advisors. Mr. Hameed began his career in the investment banking department at Rothschild & Co. in London, working across various industry coverage groups. Mr. Hameed has over 18 years of investment banking experience and at PJT focuses on advising financial sponsors and institutional investors on secondary liquidity solutions for their private investments.
Mr. Hameed holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from Oxford University and an MSc in European Political Economy from the London School of Economics. He also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
