Jitesh Jeswani is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.
Mr. Jeswani has over 10 years of investment banking experience advising companies and investors in the technology, media and telecommunication sectors globally. Mr. Jeswani has worked on a variety of public and private M&A transactions, including carve-outs, cross-border mergers, and special committee assignments. He also has extensive experience helping companies raise capital, having worked on several successful initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings and debt market financings. Prior to joining PJT Partners in 2022, Mr. Jeswani spent 9 years at Citigroup in the Media & Communications group in New York and London.
Mr. Jeswani received his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and BE in Computer Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (India).
