Jonathan Hall is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London.
Mr. Hall has extensive experience of advising corporate and financial sponsor clients on complex M&A, public takeovers and anti-raid transactions, both in the UK and internationally, across a wide range of sectors. In addition to his M&A experience, Mr. Hall has advised on a number of IPOs, high yield bond offerings and other capital markets transactions. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Hall was an Executive Director in the UK corporate finance advisory team at Goldman Sachs in London.
Mr. Hall received a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
