Josh Braunstein is a Managing Director in PJT Park Hill’s Real Estate distribution group, based in New York.
Mr. Braunstein has 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining PJT Park Hill, Mr. Braunstein was at Lazard covering institutional investors and sponsor advisory across the U.S. Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Braunstein held multiple roles on J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Real Estate Americas team including sourcing, asset management and most recently client portfolio management where he was responsible for building, developing and servicing existing and new institutional investor relationships.
Mr. Braunstein received a B.S. from Cornell University.
