Senior Advisor
Larry Nath is a Senior Advisor at PJT Partners, having previously served as a Partner.
Mr. Nath was a Partner at PJT Partners from 2015 to 2023. Prior to that he was a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone. He joined Blackstone from Credit Suisse First Boston where he was co-head of the Structured Products Group. Mr. Nath had previously co-founded the Structured Products Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Over the course of his career, which began at Citibank in 1988, Mr. Nath has advised large companies on complex structured finance transactions in a broad range of industries.
Mr. Nath currently serves on the MIT Sloan Americas Executive Board and on the MIT Golub Center for Finance and Policy Advisory Board. He also serves on the Cornell ILR School Dean’s Advisory Council. Mr. Nath received a BS from Cornell University in 1983 and an MS from MIT’s Sloan School in 1988.
