Michael O’Donovan is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York.
Mr. O’Donovan joined PJT Partners from UBS, where he was head of ECM for the Americas, overseeing all equity and equity-linked transactions including IPOs, follow-ons, private placements, converts, derivatives and margin loans. He also advised on complex structured transactions such as spin-offs and split-offs as well as corporate conversions. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. O’Donovan worked as a Managing Director at KKR focusing on capital markets and structured investing. Previously, Mr. O’Donovan was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he ran a number of the ECM industry verticals as well as the Structured Solutions team. Michael started his over 20-year career on Wall Street at JP Morgan and predecessor Bear Stearns.
Mr. O’Donovan graduated with a BS from the University of Notre Dame and also received an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
