Managing Director
William Spratt is a Managing Director in the Restructuring and Special Situations Group, based in London.
Since joining PJT Partners in January 2018, Mr. Spratt has assisted in advising on a variety of restructuring transactions across several jurisdictions. Before joining PJT Partners, Mr. Spratt worked as a Manager in Deloitte’s Turnaround and Restructuring Group, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Spratt received a BSc in Computing and Management from the University of Leeds, where he graduated with First Class Honours.
