Philip Turbin is a Partner in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in New York. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Mr. Turbin spent 16 years as a Managing Director at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, most recently as a senior member of the SPAC ECM and Structured Equity Solutions Group. Prior to joining the ECM team, Mr. Turbin was a senior member of the U.S. Corporate Finance Group where he advised corporate clients across a variety of industry verticals on highly structured transactions including spin-offs, split-offs, equity-linked financings, balance-sheet and liability optimization strategies, structured partnerships and other financing arrangements. Before joining Bank of America, Mr. Turbin was a Managing Director at CSFB in the Structured Products Group. Mr. Turbin previously held roles at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Citibank. Mr. Turbin received a BA from Duke University and an MBA from the Olin School at Washington University in St. Louis. He previously served as a member of Duke University’s Board of Visitors for the Nicholas School of the Environment and as a periodic guest lecturer for Duke’s Financial Economics Center.
